1. Course Enrollment
Once a student enrolls in any course at EFA English Institute, the enrollment is considered final.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will ONLY be considered if:
- The course has not started
- The student has attended ZERO classes
- Request is made within 48 hours of payment
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided if:
- Classes have started
- Any study material has been shared
- Demo class has been attended
- Course duration has progressed
- Student discontinues due to personal reasons
4. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 working days
5. Batch Transfer Policy
- Students may request batch rescheduling (subject to availability)
- No monetary refund in batch transfer cases
6. Institute Rights
EFA English Institute reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject refund requests
- Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
