Refund Policy

1. Course Enrollment

Once a student enrolls in any course at EFA English Institute, the enrollment is considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will ONLY be considered if:

• The course has not started
• The student has attended ZERO classes
• Request is made within 48 hours of payment

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided if:

• Classes have started
• Any study material has been shared
• Demo class has been attended
• Course duration has progressed
• Student discontinues due to personal reasons

4. Mode of Refund

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7–10 working days

5. Batch Transfer Policy

• Students may request batch rescheduling (subject to availability)
• No monetary refund in batch transfer cases

6. Institute Rights

EFA English Institute reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject refund requests
• Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
